Very worst application. Never install this because you can't see the order's which you are getting, its directly get cancelled and it will effect to us again. And one more thing which you should know before installing the app that is dunzo app they are not providing first mail amount which we spend fuel to go and pickup the order that is also they are providing very long pickup distance min 3-4km still they are not providing money for this distance. Only they are providing last mail(delivery).

Approx 10 times I don't receive order notification ringtone while I driving,, I receive sound it's going out of time,, when I accept the task that time it shows error then it was cancelled and my acceptance rate goes below 95%,, 10 times my incentives approx more than 3000rs was gone,,, customer care didn't give the correct answer for the error they told this is my mistake,, my partner id 11859491,

Not able to go online or offline it says runner already on task and vehicle not found to update location, contacted customer chat support but they just keep sending same solution like update the application I have done it several times still facing issue and requested for support agent call back but not received since from morning I am trying to do this same things but not getting any solution this executive are just chilling in their cabins and docking penalty
