Best thing for complex medical care I have been using this for 3 months now to track my teen son's complex medical care. I love it. The only improvement I can think of is if a short list of symptoms with pictures were available so I could tech him to track his own needs.
Too basic I need something that will import meds from either my med records or cvs and pharmacies need to be able to share to a word doc. Would be nice to import from all facilities also needed to allow download to tablet as its easier to input info on a larger device.
Kaye I must have downloaded 5 other trackers and now found the one I like. Its simple, precise, and you input exactley what your issue is, not searching for a match. I feel this will be very helpful when I see my doctor. I have multiple symptoms and their all in order by date and severity, with notes you can write in. Nothing fancy, but it works real good if you want to keep track. Calander let's you go back to dates you may have forgotten before and you can edit entries. All good by me. Should be rated higher
Could be better Suggestions: let us choose more than one time frame for symptoms. Let us edit symptom severity later. Let us input when we originally began taking a medication and let us edit more fields for meds such as dosage
Like it Its simple and easy to use. I love that it will generate a PDF! But there is no way to track Overnight symptoms. Only Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. If it had Overnight it would be perfect!
It was fine until it randomly stopped working and now ive lost all my data. I try to launch it from my list of apps and android immediately tells me that it has stopped working.
1. Fixed bug while editing symptoms
2. Now compatible with older android versions.
3. Fixed bugs on showing symptoms.
** Remember to be backing up your data frequently so as to avoid lose of data or to be able to access your data over multiple devices
