The Saudi Visa Bio app is the simplest way for visitors to Saudi Arabia to securely submit their biometric data as part of their visa application process.

Once you have applied for a visa to enter Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Visa Bio app will help you submit your fingerprints and facial image. Using this app you can complete your biometric enrollment process anytime, anywhere — no need to visit or queue at a Visa Service Center, all you need is your smartphone and passport.

With the Saudi Visa Bio app you can easily:
- Submit your personal information, such as passport details and visa application number
- Submit your biometric information i.e., facial image and fingerprints
- Complete your biometric enrollment process in real-time in under 10 minutes

To complete the biometric enrollment process the Saudi Visa Bio app will need to collect:
- A valid email address
- A photo capture of your passport and the passport details
- A photo capture of your face
- A photo capture of your fingers

Your privacy is important to us; the data collected will only be used to verify your identity in order to complete your visa application process. All collected data will be automatically deleted from the app once the biometric enrollment has been completed.

The Saudi Biometric Enrollment app is currently available for the following visas:
- Umrah

Please note that you have to be aged 6+ to use the Saudi Biometric Enrollment app. Users under 18 years of age can only use the app under adult supervision.

I have been submitting more than 3 times only to be told that it doesn't register properly by the travel agent after several days without any clear reason. The apps should be able to give reasons on why the submission failed and allow us to make corrections on the previous submission rather than make us start all over from the beginning which then failed again because we don't know what's wrong in the first place.

I been trying from past week, after taking picture/scan it ask for NFC with passport holding under my phone with NFC turned on i did it but it's not working and not reading my passport. It's really frustrating I used both android and iPhone, at least 3 different phones but it's not working. There is no other option to manually enter the details. Very bad experience. need VISA ASAP

please fix this app. impossible to scan my passport. it's not a piece of paper it wont get completely dull or straight. even after placing a glass on the document failed to scan. when I restarted the process, after successfully getting email verified the first time, failing to verify despite me receiving and clicking on verif link. yes I did wait for the new link and not click on the old one. there should be an option to manually enter email code like all other apps ever. one+ 12 phone decentCam
