About Nafath:

A national digital identity system that seeks to enable users to benefit from digital services by verifying individuals’ identities with the highest standards of security and reliability. Nafath includes a national platform that provides secure and reliable access to various government and private entities, as well as a national application that allows digital identity verification using individuals’ biometrics to enable users to benefit from digital services securely and reliably. This contributes to enhancing the quality of life and strengthening the concept of digital identity across the Kingdom.

Nafath app was designed to facilitate secure and reliable access to digital services, which include:

• Requests Acceptance Service:
Allows secure and reliable verification of individuals’ identities and enables them to accept requests received from service providers.

• Verification via Biometrics Service:
Allows the verification of individuals’ identity using their biometrics, which increases the security level in digital interaction.

• Digital Identity Account Management Services:
Enables users to manage their digital identity accounts, which include:
1. Digital Identity Activation.
2. Digital Identity Mobile Number Update.
3. Digital Identity Temporary Suspension.

• Single Authentication Service:
Enables users to verify their identity to complete biometrics authentication without the need for a pre-registered digital identity account.

• Location Verification Service:
Allows verifying individuals’ presence at boarding crossings or event venues during identity authentication with ease and reliability.

Garbage app that does nothing but waste your time. I've been trying to log in form the past week with no luck, as the face recognition keeps failing! I called the customer service which couldn't help me solve the problem, and ask me to try on another device. I'm only giving the app one start because it doesn't allow us to give it zero. Absolutely terrible!

The Nafath app has a serious usability issue on the Galaxy Z Fold 8. When I receive a verification request: The Accept / Reject buttons do not appear on the cover screen, so I am forced to unfold the phone. After unfolding, the face recognition does not work on the main (inner) screen. I then have to fold the phone again just to complete the face recognition on the cover screen. This constant folding and unfolding makes the process very inconvenient.
