As mentioned by majority of users, I am also facing the same issue with this App, it takes a long time to open and then crashes...Please let me know how to recharge my account, I am willing to pay. If I don't recharge you will disable my account, even though your services are excellent, my complaint is about this app. Because of this glitch my account is in jeopardy.

This app is something else... When we need the app to the info, that time it's give us hard time... And most of the time it won't open untill I reinstall it.

this app has so many bugs it never open on wifi and it doesn't work good on 4G device your page look is so hard and bad make it easier and simple first time in Saudi Arabia I have very bad experience with you
