There is no cancel option for tickets / I am really feel bad about sangam cinemas

Tickets are getting sold out before it gets updated online in this app, not sure how and feels like it's a scam, coz tickets can sold out for first day show in a minute or two, but how can it be sold for three continuous three days? It wasts my time sitting as watching....

People at the back seat were putting their legs on my next seats because they were empty which made me so uncomfortable because my seats were moving and vibrating continuously. So i came on intermission itself in today show avatar. Please do something for that.
