The history of Theofanis family tavern begins in 1989. For almost 30 years it has been operating in the same place, in the square of Akrotiri village. It is actually one of the oldest restaurants of the region, known for the unique Greek flavors, the Santorinian cuisine and the welcoming atmosphere.
In Theofanis tavern we use many local products from the land of Santorini, with the majority of them coming out of the family’s farms. Our philosophy is based on the high quality raw materials, on handmade products and finally, on the way our meals are cooked, which means according to simple recipes and with home care.
