Can't select an OUTBOUND DATE! Almost every time I open the app and I select an outbound date for my trip, I receive an error message saying I need to "select an outbound date". I never get beyond this point in the ticket purchase process because the app does not allow me to select an outbound date. Please fix.
App Schedules don't agree with website... The App would be a good thing if it worked and it was complete and accurate. Doesn't "locate" the bus enroute. App schedules differ from the megabus website: for example, New Haven to Boston departure is 6:30 pm in App vs 6:15 pm online. "Save" trip function does nothing.
Useless, no bus status, can't view a reservation This has got to be the most worthless app on my phone, but not for long. I'm deleting it in a minute. I installed it because an wmail from MegaBus said the bus is running late and I can check the status using this app. Wrong. The mobile site is moreuseful, but still cannot get a bus status. Come on....
Not impressed This app doesnt even have the city im departing from on its list. Whats the point of that? Its a good thing I printed all my information before I left other wise I would of been screwed. Ill be uninstalling.this app.
Hate it Most frustrating app I have ever used. Have to keep re-entering info. Can't even comment in their feedback section, same issue. Hate this hate it so much
This app is a joke The last bus app i downloaded was a Dublin Bus app. GPS Tracking of busses, easy to use. This app has no tracking of busses - server busy much of the time, and the schedule on the app and the real schedule don't get match so this is useless.
