Agenda Fácil is an application launched by the City of São Paulo and aims to facilitate the life of the citizen.
With it you can:
• Update your contact details;
• View the results of the tests carried out in the municipal laboratories;
• Make appointments at your basic health unit (UBS);
• Check queued orders and schedule;
• Make confirmation of pre-scheduled appointments and specialized exams;
• Cancel or reschedule appointments;
• View the results of the tests carried out in the laboratories of the municipal network.
To register in Agenda Fácil, it is necessary to remove the authorizing code from the reference UBS, which will be used only for the first access. With this code, user information is validated, preventing fraud.

It isn't easy to access, after 2 months it's my first time using the app. My address wasn't recognized by the app.

Olá. Dados em “memória cache” armazenados nos dispositivos, podem causar falhas na utilização de aplicativos. Recomendamos que realize a limpeza do cache do app ou até mesmo a reinstalação deste. Caso a dificuldade persista, encaminhe e-mail para agendafacil@prefeitura.sp.gov.br com os seus dados de CNS, telefone e um breve relato do ocorrido.
