It’s not your everyday calorie counter like most apps, it counts your servings instead. That means you can keep track of what you eat at the touch of a button to see if you’re meeting your recommended daily Canada’s Food Guide servings, it’s the easy way to help make sure you’re getting enough of what you need every day.
Learn about nutrition and how to visualize a serving size. Plus get delicious recipes, fun and helpful nutrition tips and more.
Best of all, for every day you track your servings of what you eat, you’ll help raise up to $50,000 for one of these great causes: Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Osteoporosis Canada or the Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada.

There is so much more to healthy eating than just counting calories. Everyone knows that fruits and vegetables are much healthier than candies and sodas, yet calories alone do not capture that difference. MyPlate Tracker is about helping you achieve your goals of a healthier lifestyle by tracking what you eat, not just how much. Our methods are not backed by our own ideas, but by years of research that goes into the Dietary Guidelines for Americans published by the USDA.
This app gives users the ability to lookup their customize MyPlate food plan and provides basic information to help determine which foods belong to which group and equivalency tables. Users can enter their age, gender and physical activity level to quickly see the recommendations of Americas top nutritionists. The Daily Food Plan allows you to see how much of each food group you should be eating each day for a healthy, balanced diet.
The 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, form the basis of the federal government’s nutrition education programs, federal nutrition assistance programs, and dietary advice provided by health and nutrition professionals. The Guidelines messages include:
• Enjoy your food, but eat less.
• Avoid oversized portions.
Foods to Increase
• Make half your plate fruits and vegetables.
• Switch to fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk.
• Make at least half your grains whole grains
Foods to Reduce
• Compare sodium (salt) in foods like soup, bread, and frozen meals, and choose foods with lower numbers.
• Drink water instead of sugary drinks.

Bible Run is the first arcade style game app with a Bible theme!
Classic arcade style play that depicts Bible lessons.
Directions: Move Bible Run characters by swiping your finger anywhere on the screen in the direction you want them to move. In other words, the characters don't need to be touched to move, just swipe anywhere on the screen. It may take a little practice but then you will be off and running and performing good deeds!

Note from developer Scott ~ The idea for Bible Run came to me as I was preparing a children's church lesson. Arcade games (especially classic) are fun and entertaining but realized there weren't any bible games that would be appropriate to use. I have taken great care to be sensitive to the portrayal of Biblical characters and themes and will likely make adjustments as needed. I am an independent developer and would appreciate comments, feedback and especially anyone taking the time to use the Bible Run in-game share link to tell someone else about the game please.

Simply select the number of minutes to play relaxing cat purr and it will close the app when the time is up.
You can also press your Home button to have it play in the background while you run other apps.
There are three different purrs to choose from.
Note from Developer: I am an independent programmer (and cat lover) and would really appreciate ratings, comments and feedback if you have the time please.
Also, the cat purr sounds will only sound as good as your device's speakers. I find all three of them sound very nice when played at medium or lower levels. Typically I use this app at night with the volume low so it sounds like the realistic purring of a nearby cat.
