i tried to scan my passport, but it didn't work I also tried with the national number, and he wouldn't accept my picture . and there is no any support in the app and the trouble shooting is not useful I followed every instructions in it, and there is now results . it will be very useful if there is a support team that we can get in touch with a person that will help us to register in the system. it is a great idea. I hope it is a success.

App does not recognize nfc chip on new passport. Also tried verification 17 times and they all failed. Eventually the app itself gave up, refused to allow me to try again and asked me to contact customer support

The application's UI design is quite good; however, it needs some updates as certain functions are not working properly. For example, when a security code or passkey is not accepted during setup, the application should allow users to retry the step instead of requiring them to restart the entire process from the beginning. Improving this workflow would enhance the overall user experience and reduce frustration.
