BIGHEART is an app created to make the world a better place. With the app activated ads will sometimes show instead of your background picture on the lock screen. The revenue from the ads go to a charity organization of your choice. The more ads you see the more you donate to charity and show your big heart. As a rule of thumb you should be able to donate around 50 to 115 SEK to charity each month.
This is how it works:
1. Download and register.
Download BIGHEART from Google Play. When you open the app the first time you register as a user and can start your good deed already today.
2. Use your phone like you always do
With BIGHEART you can make the world a little better each day, by living your life precisely like you always have. With the app activated sometimes an ad will show on your lock screen, but in other regards your phone works normally. You decide for yourself when an ad can show on your lock screen by setting your preferences in the app's settings. To unlock the phone you simply swipe upwards, and to enter the ad you triple click on it.
3. Get interesting offers and ads
BIGHEART only works with serious advertisers that want to reach people with a big heart. All ads are checked by our team to make sure they are not offensive. By creating your personal profile we make sure that the ads and offers you see will be interesting to you.
4. Give help to those in need.
For every ad shown our advertiser pay a small sum, 80% of that amount goes to your account and then to the charity organization you have chosen. How much money you collect depends on how many ads have been shown, which of course depends on how actively you use your phone and what settings you have. As a rule of thumb you should be able to donate around 50 to 115 SEK to charity each month.
Some users think that BIGHEART is similar to Ecosia, you simply use your phone, or surf the web, just as usual and at the same time contribute to a better world.
(We've added this little snippet so that those who search for Big Heart in two words will also find the app. Cheeky huh?)
