About this app

Smooth Calendar is a simple and good looking calendar widget. It is highly configurable and can display any number of upcoming events. You can easily adapt it to match the look of the rest of your device, such as colour, font style, icon etc. Works with the sync providers on your phone and thereby supports Google Calendar, Exchange, Facebook etc.

Please note, it is a widget, this means that you need to add it to your home screen as stated in the thank you message. Giving it one star and stating in the comments that it doesn't work is just silly.

If you buy the premium version and the features don't unlock, please restart your device.

The widget stopped showing events after a Google Calendar app update. To fix, I opened the Smooth Calendar app and mine re-asked for permission to access Google Calendar. I've been using the app for years. My only complaint is after the recent updates, the calendar icon is no longer vertically centered in the widget so it doesn't line up with the three items I have showing. I don't see any way to fix the alignment.

Was my favorite widget but today it just disappeared and I can't import my saved settings, which I have done many times in the past. Grrrr Now I see that it was just rewritten and right off I see that it will only display a maximum of 12 lines which is totally unacceptable. I guess they couldn't be bothered to be backward compatible. I'm hoping that I can find a substitute. It was perfect the way it was. Edit: I found a widget on the app acalendar which does just what I want.

I've been using Smooth Calendar for years to keep my life on track. It's the most customizable calendar widget out there. There have been recent issues with the widget not showing "all day" events. After installing a few other apps, I discovered that this wasn't just Smooth Calendar's problem. None of the other widgets would show Google Calendar's "all day" events, either. A quick fix is to open the event, save it as a timed event, save it back as an all day event, and refresh the widget.
