Otago is an individually adjusted exercise program for older adults over the age of 65. It requires little equipment, which enables exercise in the home. The exercise is structured, and the program includes different exercises for leg strength and dynamic balance exercises. The exercises are recommended to be performed three times a week and are expected to take about 30 minutes. The balance exercises can be adjusted by choosing different level of support. Walks are encouraged, and both exercises and walks are registered in the app. Motivation is registered through self-appraisal in the app.
