With the app you can, among other things:
• Check your balance.
• View your most recent transactions.
• Apply for a higher credit.
• Transfer money from your card to your bank account.
• Advertise a transaction that you do not recognize.

To activate the app, you need BankID or mobile BankID.

The rewards programme allegedly works with over 200 different stores. So far, the rewards programme doesn't work satisfactory. I have contacted their support on a number of purchases where the reward is nowhere to be seen. Their support can take weeks to investigate the matter. Sometimes the reward is handed out in much smaller amount than what they claim. Starting to feel like a false marketing stunt.

they have very bad system. My money is stucked in card. I am not able to transfer, or pay invoice. I have never faced this kind of experience before. i have to pay invoices and their system is down. That's how their banking system works. Even I add extra money in card but still not able to use it. it totally useless.

Hi, can you please describe the issue in detail - "the money is stuck"? Did you mean you paid your invoice, but it was not being displayed in the app?

This app and overall experience with re:member is bad enough that I actively warn people from signing up and stear them towards alternatives. - Unable to see card code during initial setup - Frequent errors resulting in signed out or crash loops - Error messages being cut off - Unable to sign in without clearing cache of app - Unable to increase credit due to error which only include a single word 'We're" - Unable to increase credit using other means as well. - Unable to contact support su, sa
