HealthWatch aims at providing concrete and practical tools for individuals, organizations and businesses to maintain and enhance health and quality of life and counteract stress-related ill health. The service consists of three main components: health news, self-help and work environment surveys. The self-help section is a further developed version of a scientifically evaluated system with proven beneficial effects on the psychological and biological variables. The tool is based on today's collective knowledge and several years of research. The services are free of charge for individuals and groups of maximum 25 people. Hourly rates will apply if consulting services are needed. For larger groups operative and administrative costs will be charged.

The HealthWatch services are intended to provide possibilities for individuals to promote their health development over time. At the same time, we want to facilitate organizations and companies in their efforts to systematically improve the work environment and promote health through efficient, practical and easy-to-use tools. In a simple way, you can monitor variables such as health, stress, efficiency and job satisfaction for one or more groups, departments and sections over time. This makes it possible for companies to be proactive in addition to preventive and reactive measures.

I can't get the time and date to sync. The watch doesn't allow me to get accurate read for Bp or heart. It angers me to think this was a scam. I was my money back. The watch looks good but can't be trusted to give accurate information. The time is set 5hrs behind and the date is stuck on 01/01. Really!!

Garbage, can't get the correct date and time to change.

This app I can not do anytime with it. I need it for my blood pressure, blood oxygen and heart rate. I called customer support waited 47 minutes for a man saying he is not affiliated with the watch. I sent 2 email no reply. Yes, I am Very Angry at this point. I am VERY ILL, COPD STage 4 one collapsed lung! Heart disease only one side is pumping. I feel my money just paid for a gimmick $110.00 and I am on a fixed income.
