About this app

With over 50 years of experience and over 200 collaborative partners in the Nordic region in child and family health care, our vision is to simplify the lives of future and new parents!

With The BabyApp, developed together with BabyBox, you can follow your baby's development week by week throughout your pregnancy. You get tips and advice on what you and your partner should think about; everything from the reactions of the surroundings to checklists and answers to any questions you might have.
For example, did you know that a fetus develops 100,000 neurons every minute already in week ten? You also get information on how your finances are affected when you become a parent, get help with name suggestions and take advantage of offers on everything from CPR course to wagons and insurance.

A calendar that lets you follow your pregnancy week by week. Here you can read about the child, mother and partner as well as share your pregnancy with loved ones on social media. You can also watch a movie showing what the fetus looks like right now.

Browse, filter and generate lists of your favorite names. Save the names and share them with loved ones.

Smart checklists to help you remember things that might be good to have. For example, what do you need to equip your stroller with?

Find the answers to the most common questions about parental benefit and family finances. What about parental leave? How big is the child allowance? What does your child's insurance cover look like and what can you do to improve it?

Take advantage of current offers from our partners. An example could be a discount on a vital course in cardiac resuscitation for infants (CPR).

Get answers to your questions about waiting for children. When should time be booked for midwife? What should you think about when it comes to food and exercise? For example, is spinning ok during your pregnancy?

Find the answers to the most common questions about the child's first year. Read about, among other things, the child's language, communication and sleep.

I forgot to put in that I gave birth. I just thought the app would do it automatically eventually. I am still pregnant, in week 156, and I still get notifications that congratulate me to a new week.
