WEIQ lets you order to your table or for takeaway without having to wait in line or for busy waiters. You pay easily by card or Google Pay, and when your order is placed, it is immediately sent to the kitchen for preparation.

2. Place your order - no queueing or having to wait for the staff

I've been to two restaurants with this app and it is highly confusing. It takes up more manpower from the restaurant and as a customer you are not feeling certain that the order is on the way. The simplest thing as ordering water is difficult because the personal is not used to observing the customers as they are on normal restaurant.

Annoying notifications Fine, I'll allow this app to give me notifications on my order. But I don’t want notifications asking me about my experience and what not. It's annoying to constantly have to toggle notifications on during an order and then off the moment your order is ready for pick-up.
