We combine specialized migraine care with a seamless digital setup. In the app, you can easily log your symptoms in the migraine diary, track trends regarding your migraine and medications, and fill out preparatory forms for a more high-quality visit with your doctor.

With us, you will meet doctors and nurses specializing in headaches – smoothly and conveniently via video call. No referral is needed.

~~Who can seek care with us?~~

We help patients who:
• Have experienced recurring headaches for more than 3 months
• Have had more than 5 headache attacks or episodes
• Are over 18 years old and have a valid BankID

The high-cost protection scheme (högkostnadsskydd) and free care card (frikort) apply. Migränhjälpen prescribes medication in accordance with current medical guidelines.
