About this app
Avoid phone queues and full waiting rooms when you are sick. In My Doctor's app, you get quick and easy help from doctors, midwives, psychologists and physiotherapists with everything from urinary tract infections and skin problems to allergies and sore throats. In the app, you can also renew prescriptions, get help with contraception and read your journal.
You who have reached the age of 16 can seek care from us yourself. If you are under 16 years of age, you seek care together with your guardian - we accept children from the age of 6 months.
Min Doktor also has a number of physical receptions and health centers where you can receive care and be vaccinated. The app contains a digital vaccination card that helps you keep track of which vaccinations you have received and when it is time to top them up. You can add previous vaccinations, so that everything is gathered in one place.
SAFE AND SECURE
Min Doktor is a registered healthcare provider and is therefore covered by the Health and Medical Care Act, the Personal Data Act, the Patient Data Act and the Patient Safety Act. This means that you as a patient are always safe with us. This applies to both the care you receive and how Min Doktor processes information that concerns you.
Since the start in 2013, we have handled over a million patient cases and are today one of Sweden's largest healthcare providers. All our doctors and midwives are licensed and work in hospitals or health centers when they are not seeing patients with us. A whopping 97% of our patients are satisfied with the care and treatment we offer.
HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?
Download Min Doktor's app free of charge and log in with BankID. Then describe your problems by answering questions about your symptoms.
Depending on the type of problem, you will be contacted by a doctor, midwife, psychologist or physiotherapist. In most cases, you will receive a response within an hour, regardless of the day of the week and time of day. You answer when it suits you.
You may be asked to take a photo of what is bothering you and send it to the doctor via the app. You may also need to take samples that the doctor needs as a basis. We cooperate with approximately 600 sampling units around the country. You choose where you want to go and when.
Your doctor makes a diagnosis online and writes referrals if necessary, just like at your regular health centre. You can pick up prescribed medications at the nearest pharmacy.
