The MiniVoice exchange service offers response group services for voice and SMS specially adapted to emergency groups, TiB, crisis organizations and other support functions. Reliable, user-friendly, geographically unlimited and with support for any mobile subscription.
- Log in/out of yourself and colleagues in groups and see queue status
- See who/who are logged in and logged out in groups
- SMS to and from the response group. Everyone in the group can read and write SMS
- Make selected calls using the MiniVoice app to display the group's number to the recipient instead of your own mobile number
- Call log for the groups' numbers
- Choose Swedish or English in the app's settings
The MiniVoice service administrator in your organization adds users before the app can be used. Login takes place with assigned username.
