Ratings and reviews

I like the app in general, but the UI is counter-intuitive in that it starts parking without explicit consent from the user. This led me to pay for parking at a location where I was on foot, and the parking spot even required a permit that I didn't have (in the app or otherwise). I reached out to customer service immediately, but I got turned down.

avoid at all cost. park somewhere else where you find other options. the app itself is badly designed making it difficult to select or change time and area. Even worse is if you don't make an account, you can pay for parking but everything disappears after you pay ( in advance) with no possibility to end early or even know if the parking is valid or not. simply HORRIBLE app and service.

They're terrible in almost everything! They force (manipulate) people to make an account (despite their claim: sms parkering!) Then force you to download their awful app and give them all your personal info to be able to pay a parking fee! The app has the worst UI and crashes all the time! Tried to contact support center to get the invoice, pay and then get rid of them! But it's been almost 4months they keep saying "the invoice will be emailed to you the next month !! They're just so annoying!
