I have to o open the desktop page waaaaay to often and its actually HORRIBLE AS WELL and has been for years. Geez, you need to fire somebody. Look at your reviews and stars. A BANK. I'm embarrassed for you and seriously considering switching banks.
I get "Temporary System Failure" several times before I can finally unlock my card for all Internet purchases. Trying to use the currency converter will crash the app. Come on Nordea get with and fix your app!
Vafan Förstår inte hur en så stor bank kan en såå jävla dålig app. Kan inte ens logga in med fingeravtryck. Bygg om appen från scratch och gör det rätt. Anlita nån som är kompetent...
I used to quite like this app, but not anymore. The CARD PAYMENT UNBLOCKING is NOT WORKING for a FEW MONTHS now. First of all, I don't even like that you block card payments by default and there seem to be no way to opt out from that. I understand that it is for security, but then at least provide a user friendly way how to unblock when I want to pay. May change a bank if this is not fixed within few weeks. Seriously, yesterday was too late to fix this. What are your priorities even? Certainly not your customers.
OCR scanning not working After recent update OCR scanning does not work on stock Samsung S4. Camera flash comes on and ocr numbers are in focus but app can't scan it.
