About this app

Nordea Mobile

With the mobile bank you can do everything you use the bank for in your everyday life: transfer money, check your balance, pay bills, buy and sell funds and much, much more. You can see how you spent your money and some greater control over your finances.

You can try out the demo version of the app without signing in. Access it through Menu, before signing in, and familiarize yourself with the app. All information in the demo version is fictional.

Examples of what you can do in Nordea’s mobile banking app:
• In the Overview tab, you can see all your finances in one place. Add, hide, or rearrange the?content on the Overview page to personalise your experience.

• Conveniently transfer money between your accounts or to a friend.

• Quickly pay your physical invoices by scanning them with your camera.

• Access your digital wallet – pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

• See and manage your savings. Start saving or trade with funds and equities.

• Log on securely with BankID, your biometrics, or a personal code. The choice is yours.

Convenient access to your cards:
• If you forget your PIN for one of your cards, you can view it directly in the app.

• If you lose one of your cards, you can block it and get a new card automatically sent home to you.

• You can minimise the risk of fraud by limiting the geographical areas where your card can be used and by restricting usage for online shopping.

A deeper insight into your finances:
• On the insights tab, your spending is divided into categories to give you a deeper understanding of your finances.

• You can add other banks to the app so you can have all your finances in one place.

Please, show card payments WHEN THEY ARE RESERVED (when I use my card physically), not when it is actually transferred to the merchant. That can be days later. As an end user, I am interested in when I use my card, not when the bank internally does the transaction. The current process completely messes up the spending insights. Otherwise this would be a good app.

Hello! Thank you for your rating. When a purchase is reserved, you can see it on your account in nordea mobile. You also see when the purchase is permanently debited from your account. /Customer service

I think that the application has a lot of redundant features, and could benefit from streamlining and modernisation. EDIT: The app is a lot better now, there's still redundancy, but there's a shortcut menu on the main screen, where you can customize what features appear, so it is to your liking. EDIT2: The app is incredibly much better than it was when I made my original review, I believe that the user requires significantly fewer clicks to navigate than when I originally reviewed this app.

Since recently, I cannot see the transactions on my Personkonto. Update: now it works for me - but not when I switch agreement to my mother's account. Can't see her Personkonto at all. If this persists, I'll indeed contact Nordea, like you suggested.

Hi Olof! You should be able to see your transactions in the Mobile Bank. Please contact our Customer Service in order to get further help with this issue. You can reach us easily in the Mobile Bank, click on "Help" and "Call now". /Johanna
