I connected my device a few days ago and it worked OK. I set the device to work according to our needs. Today I realized that the app picture changed and I went to see if there's an update or something but instead I was disconnected and now I need to connect the device again with the pin code that is inside the device. So stupid!!!! I need to open the entire thing so I can reconnect! You should put the pin code somewhere where is easy to get if you have such an "awesome" app!!!!

I was disappointed with the possibility to customize the fan. Why even bother to have an app when two dipswitches on the physical fan would have done the same? The user interface is not very intuive but I can live with that. The fact that the fan speed seems to settable between 88% and 100% in low mode is strange. Why not a low setting of 25%? Also if I select that I have connected a physical switch to the fan, I'm not allowed to customize anything? Really, really strange.
