The app doesn't present all it's features very well, but after getting the hang of it I'm really enjoying it. Some suggestions. The duel feature should be more robust. It's a nice feature of you have someone also using the app, but could be a lot better. Custom exercises in custom workouts. No animation work necessary. The premade workouts, though there are a lot and I will use them occasionally, are pretty bad at covering the different strength levels of an individuals body.

I like this app. The design is simple and beautiful. You just need to open the app and do a daily exercise served to you. There are many exercises ranging from stretching to strength. I particularly like stretching and exercises for runners. I guess seven minutes per day will not do wonders, but are certainly better than nothing. The app is great for developibg a habit to exercise. After a seven-day trial, I keep the annual subscription. Well-done developers, keep it up.

I have had this app and paid for it for the last six months. I loved it. Then I switched to a Google phone from apple and now I can't modify workouts. I'm recovering from Achilles tendon injury and now am unable to modify my workouts like I was able to when I had an iPhone. For this reason alone I'm considering losing all my progress and uninstalling the app. Why is there not the same features on Android phones as apple phones? This makes this app lose a five star rating for me.
