I like this app. The design is simple and beautiful. You just need to open the app and do a daily exercise served to you. There are many exercises ranging from stretching to strength. I particularly like stretching and exercises for runners. I guess seven minutes per day will not do wonders, but are certainly better than nothing. The app is great for developibg a habit to exercise. After a seven-day trial, I keep the annual subscription. Well-done developers, keep it up.

Really great app. I've sampled others, but this stands out, particularly due to its engaging 7-minute workout plans — occasionally 8 minutes, which make a compelling case to exercise: it's just a short time, yet consistently done, it's transformative. The variety of plans ensures you never run out of options, and the selection of instructors is a plus. The seamless smartwatch integration enhances its convenience and ease of use. Definitely recommended.

Missing soooo many features, I made the mistake of paying for this app, I am very disappointed. I have carpal tunnel and I cannot do pushups or the like, and I am not able to edit workouts, nor does it tailor anything to my needs, I was completely mislead.
