Absolutely worst and most frustrating experience ever. There is a rogue courier in our area that once a month scans a random inconvenient package as "wrong address", and from that point on there is absolutely no way to reach any human being on PostNord. The stupid chat bot function is useless, and crashes more often than works. I noticed that it almost always is guaranteed to crash and throw "something went wrong" error, or endless spinning wheel, when the package gets scanned as "wrong address"

Automatic parcel tracking is neat, but support chat does not work if something is wrong with a parcel. For two days I tried sending messages there only to get a "could not send, try again later" error, I had to call their support line. After that issue was cleared chat messages magically worked again.

Forced to use an app to receive packages and (not) get customer support, unless you want to call the ridiculously expensive phone line. Support chat on the app does not work, at all. Can't send messages, only get errors. Also can't change method of delivery even though the link for that opens the app. But to be fair you can't change delivery method even if you open the change delivery method link in a browser.
