Via the 1177 direct Dalarna service, you can seek care digitally and have your digital care visits booked.
You can seek care for yourself or for children aged 1-12 for whom you are the guardian. Children who have turned 13 can seek care for themselves.
You can chat, have audio or video calls and send pictures. Those seeking care can start their case at any time of the day. We will respond to your case as soon as we can during regular opening hours.
When it is your turn to chat, you will receive a notification and a text message. You log in with your e-ID.
If you have a digital care visit booked, you connect via 1177 directly.

In 1177 direkt you can:
- have your digital care visits booked via video call
- get an assessment of your symptoms and complaints and then chat with healthcare professionals
- get help with administrative questions
- seek care directly at certain clinics
- chat with the youth clinic
