About this app

With SchoolSoft's app, you can access SchoolSoft directly on your mobile, quickly and easily.

You get quick access to everything that is new in SchoolSoft and clearly see what is read or not. You can easily navigate to your schedule, attendance, calendar or the mobile version of SchoolSoft.

NOTE: Before you log in to the app, you must first allow "App Access" under "My Profile" by logging into SchoolSoft via a web browser.

You can easily add multiple accounts if you are the custodian of several children or pupils in different schools.

SchoolSoft supports several types of two-factor logins such as BankID, Google Authenticator, Yubikey and SMS authentication.

Administration, documentation, dialogue with the home and educational support are gathered in one place. SchoolSoft is used by preschools, elementary schools, colleges as well as Komvux, vocational colleges and other post-secondary education. We are the market leader for free schools and are located in municipalities across the country.

You had a wonderful well-functioning app that had everything necessary. It functioned so much better than any other similar app I had used in other schools. And then for some reason you you destroyed it. There is no functionality left whatsoever! The new version is utmost disaster! Please go back to the previous version! Everything needs to be opened on a browser, information cannot be found. Non-intuitive cumbersome menus and tabs. Can't mark a 1-lesson absence.News and results do not appear.

The Notice panel seems to have an auto-filter error. The headers of the latest notices/messages flash on-screen and are then filtered away. Limiting the types of messages seen is the only work around. Which means, I start at only seeing messages and work my way down the list to only seeing results. This is the only way to successfully see all notice types other than just not using the app.

You get notifications, but when you click the notification, you always get to "Overview"!... Never to the thing the notification was about! And there's nothing there guiding you towards what the notification was about... You're left to guessing! I've even stopped clicking notifications. What's the point? Such a very bad app experience.
