About this app

With the Skånetrafiken app you can:
- Buy all types of tickets, including: Single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30 and more.
- Pay with Swish, card (Mastercard or Visa), or invoice from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
- Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
- Create shortcuts (favorites) on the front screen for your most common journeys.
- Receive information about ongoing disruptions affecting traffic, or journeys you have chosen to monitor.
- Log in to My Account to have your tickets protected by our lost ticket guarantee, in case you lose your phone.
- Lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member (requires that you are logged in to My Account).
- View estimated traveler occupancy for different journey alternatives.

The app is quite good but some features needs improvement. 1. When switching from viewing the ticket (full brightness) to another action bar item the brightness stays on full. 2. The scanners on the busses is terrible, sometimes they scan in less than 1s sometimes never even though trying over a minute. 3. The search do not shows all routs which sometimes is frustrating because you have to search for individual parts of a travel to figure out how long it would be. The list goes on. Washington?

Absolute trash app. Constant crashes and inaccuracies. Customer service is absolute trash. Waiting for them to improve.

You select the date and time you want and your destination, it returns the results and you pick one. The problem is when you select a trip to buy the ticket, the app completely ignores the time and date you selected and, by default, activates your ticket. This means that you'll only have until 4am of the following day to use the ticket. If you chose a future date, that is completely ignored and you'll need to buy another ticket. To solve this you can disable the "activate" button when buying the ticket but in my opinion this should be the default option, the ticket should just be disabled, then you never make mistakes. Why have the option to select date if it's just ignored later? (edit: I spoke with customer service and they are returning the money for the unused ticket. good service!)

Hej! Val av datum används för att kunna se resor för specifikt datum. Biljetten är däremot öppen och följer inte tiderna angivet för resesöket. Jag förstår ditt önskemål men majoriteten av biljettköp aktiveras direkt efter köp och därför är "aktiverad" som standard förvald. Har något blivit fel vid köp av biljett, kontakta vår Kundtjänst.
