Welcome App makes it easy for newcomers and locals to connect, through digital handshakes. Newcomers can ask questions about the local community, that locals can answer. The app will match you with people who share the same interests as you, and more.

Welcome App supports five languages: Arabic, Persian, Swedish, Norwegian and English. Chats are translated in real time.

Ratings and reviews

It's a nice idea, but the app is poorly designed and freeze and/or crash really often. It's an uncomfortable experience, but luckily not for the people there. An general advice as well: google translate is not good enough for translating complex sentences. I often have to think about what people have written several times before understanding what they said, not due to their skills not due to the automatic translation.

I couldn't even see the app. It doesn't open at all !!. I have tried many times. After asking the language, it doesn't come back and kicked me out of the app. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall again but it doesn't get any better

This is the best app i ever used to have real friendships and bridging the gap between locals and refugees, it is like Aladin carpet which brings you everywhere to explore while you are just standing on it.
