Great app! Obviously the guided meditations are the main point, and they are excellent. Only one small bug: the reminder notifications seem to cause the volume to go way up, so if I'm doing a guided meditation or in some other app and get a reminder from this app, the volume goes way up, which is a bit startling.
The founder of MBSR, Jon Kabat Zinn, guides you through the exercises. There is no better alternative.
Jon Kabat-Zin is a wonderful teacher of the stress reduction practice of mindfulness. This is the best stress reduction techniques I've found, plus it had lots of other benefits.
