I think the app worked quite well but the integration with the bikes was iffy at times. Sometimes a bike was said to be at a station and it wasn't there, or there were bikes at the station that weren't listed on the app. Overall, I had a great experience using the Stockholm e-bikes. And the price is amazing! Just one US dollar per day. Just note that if you go over your hour and a half of free time it is a $1 an hour after that.
Had an absolutely horrible experience. Signed up near seven bikes at a parking stand. Forced to purchase a pass. Couldn't unlock any of them. What is the point of a service if you can't unlock the bikes? If the camera can't read the code, then you should have an input method that allows people to enter in the code manually. So disappointed that I will be seeking a refund on my pass, even if I have to dispute it in small claims court. Avoid like the plague until they learn how to develop apps.
Extremely buggy app, never a ride without problems. Bikes don't unlock, although ride is started. Suddenly the pass is missing - impossible to finish trip. "Outside the parking zone" while standing directly under the sign".
