No menu on newer os or phones This app functionally works fine, but the devs need to update. The issue is with newer phones that do not have a hardware menu button, this includes Samsung Galaxy S6, Note 5, etc. Past workarounds that could work include a long press of the recent apps button, or a long press of the back button, but sometimes even these don't work (note 5 confirmed not working). Thankfully Samsung includes an option in the Settings->Accessibility->Dexterity and Interaction->Assistant which will enable a floating menu
Piece of garbage! TONS of issues for over a year! Worst customer service ever! Is anyone at this company listening?! This is ridiculous . Please fix number pad! Installed latest update on Dec 22, 2014. Been broken since Dec 9th. Before this, app would automatically take me into, my only token and open the large number pad. Now it requires me to click in the password cell and use the small keyboard numbers.
New version is worse This is such a simple interface. Why did they screw it up. For newer phones without the menu button you need to hold down the app select button for 2 seconds. Then you only get the create token function. No reset or delete.
Pretty worthless from a usability standpoint Latest update did away with the numeric keypad which makes this even more painful to use. The only reason I'm stuck with it is because my company makes me use it. I guess that's also the reason why the developers don't feel bothered to do anything about it. Can't think of a simpler app with worse usability than this. Zero stars.
Numeric keyboard Initially when installed the numeric keyboard started up by magic.. After a while (a year or so) I now only get a field to fill in, need to click, keyboard starts up and I manually has to chose numeric.. Would be nice to have numeric to magic pop up again.. Note.. Rest seems to work perfect!
Works, but could be more usable To get to see your passcode you need to give your pin, but the pin field is not focused. You need to open the keyboard yourself and even open the numpad separately. The pincode is all numeric so it would make sense to have the numeric keyboard open when you are asked for the pin.
