Broken if you have no menu button Latest update in December 2014 claims support for Android 5.0 lollipop. Newer phones so not have menu button at all. You cannot rename, change, or delete a token. This is an absurd lack in an app that is specially for a smartphone OS used by more than half the smartphone users in the world. Technical support at SafeNET was unhelpful: "backend group is obviously working on a new release. Wait for that and install."
Three months, still broken It's now been three months since the last update broke the PIN area lost focus on startup and lost the numeric keyboard. This is on both Android 4.3 and 5.0 on two different devices. I get that bugs happen, but it's annoying when there's no update or even announcement after three months.
App not working after update After recent update app is not at all working. Can i go back to previous stable version. Or fix this issue in New version
Pretty worthless from a usability standpoint Latest update did away with the numeric keypad which makes this even more painful to use. The only reason I'm stuck with it is because my company makes me use it. I guess that's also the reason why the developers don't feel bothered to do anything about it. Can't think of a simpler app with worse usability than this. Zero stars.
What happened to numeric keypad? Latest update, 220.127.116.11, did away with numeric keypad on my GS5. Very shortsighted considering passcode is numbers only. This is the second time this has happened. Doesn't anybody bother to test these updates before they are released?
Annoying, but mandated by employer As many other commenters have mentioned, the recent update made the app much less usable. Previously the numeric keypad was displayed and the input had focus by default, but now you need to manually tap the input field and switch to numeric input.
