The enrollment process could be a lot more robust. I often get Auto Enrollment Failed when I try to enroll a new token. It's a big pain since I have to work with IT and it takes an entire day of back and forth and trying over and over until it mysteriously works one time.
Needs improvement 1. Show keypad automatically on PIN screen. 2. Add button on passcode screen to copy it instead of long press then select which wastes a couple of seconds of 10 seconds passcode reset time.
Gets the job done, but you could spend actually one day on improving UI/UX and boost your reviews by half a star. Usernames in the list are too small (perhaps add a size setting if you don't want to make it bigger outright?), there is no way to set a default token, the app icon is low-res, the "close" option has no place in the three dot menu (standard practice is to use the home button), the list option should not be added to the three dot menu after you click the information option (standard practice is to use the back button), and the words MobilePASS in the header are not centered. Even if you touch nothing else, addressing those items would make the experience a lot better.
Pin keyboard is not automatically set to numbers only. It loses the enrollment key if focus is lost, do you have to keep the phone not sleeping for 10 minutes
Why not bring up the numbers-only 10-key keyboard when I open the app (like in their screenshot)? Such a basic thing to completely screw up. You have to touch the field, which brings up the full alphanumeric keyboard that we don't need. Dumb oversight. The only thing we do is pull up the app to get a code. Think about that process and streamline it. Geez. Update: They still haven't figured out how to support the numbers keyboard, yet Microsoft's website (no even an app) can do it. Pathetic.
The app is stable and does its job. However, it lacks some simple features, such as the ability to delete or rename tokens. You easily end up with a long list of tokens that are no longer active, but can't be deleted from your device. Also, there is no reason to use the full alphabetic keyboard for numbers-only input.
