Why did you change it? This review is for the app, not the product which is great, I want to make that perfectly clear. So two issues here... 1. having to login again when you want to get through your door because the app has failed 2. Why on earth have you used black text boxes on a black background. When you are outside trying to reload your app and enter in SMS codes YOU CANNOT SEE THEM!! I used another entrance with a key. Poor update.

I have 3 locks, 2 bold connect as controller of which one should be gateway for one lock and another bold connect for 2 other locks. The gateways never work well, the only thing that works is Bluetooth. Gateways show as disconnected from the network in the app but as connected on the router, very inconsistent ... I'm very annoyed with this.

Opening the door is really really slow, sometimes lets me stand in front of the door for about 40 to 60 seconds or longer, even had to reboot the device. (Pixel 7 pro). Also get an error on a regular basis. A key is a lot faster and much more trustworthy. Had no issues with my previous iphone 12. Don't recommend getting this if you have a pixel 7 pro (did not test other Android devices so far). Really really really frustrating...... :(
