Smiota Android app allows you to access your packages delivered to Smiota PoD smart lockers with a tap of a button. You do not need to type a passcode on the kiosk to access your packages. Simply download Smiota app, register your phone number, and pick up your packages from Smiota PoD smart lockers with a tap of a button. You can also review your packages history and get notified when a package is delivered to the Smiota on your smartphone.

Sometimes it works. Lately it often doesn't work. Smiota requests to use Bluetooth and I click OK. Then it also wants Google location even though Bluetooth is enough. I say OK to that, too. But it still says there are no packages even though emails say there are. I have to open up an email from the building management company and use the QR code with the visual scanner on the package locker system. That works every time.

this app is pathetic, the only thing it does reliably is notify you but I can no longer use it to open the locker, I don't get a scan code nor can I open the locker by selecting it when it turned green, it never turns green anymore. Good thing I get emails cause that's the only thing that works. Please fix your app.

this app is objectively terrible. not once in the app itself has it properly detected the presence of a package. it does not interface with other technology. I have to uninstall and reinstall it in front of people to show that I still get nothing. I have a track record of something like 10-15 packages which should have showed up somewhere in this app but never have. I do not understand why I have to have this thing taking up space of my phone, since it is obviously not intended to do anything.
