Very bad customer service. Sent me a wrong letter to sign, then sent me a sample letter in PNG format, hoping I would type it out myself. Lack of information to provide customer with hassle-free service.

the latest app update has caused the issues and cannot check policies. cannot find sign out button. pls check and fix.
