Ratings and reviews

Recent updates have caused all methods of login to fail. Singpass doesn't work, regular login doesn't work either. It's stuck on a loading screen and I've tested this across multiple browsers to verify. Issue has persisted for months. This needs to be fixed with greater urgency.

Simply unusable. Downloaded it and attempted to register my account, but the SMS code that was supposedly sent to me never came. I tried again weeks later but still faced the same issue.

App is user unfriendly. Loading time is slow. No 'submit' button for feedback 3 stars and below.
