Ratings and reviews

This bank grant you a flexiloan account but won't hesistant to block your account anytime they deem fit even though you have no late, no default and no outstanding. There is only a standard reply telling you that this is due to their periodic review and this reviewing process can be indefinite with no further updates from them. There is no bank out there who will do such things after a limit and account is granted. Better not rely on their flexiloan account for emergency or such.

Whenever there is a notice about scheduled maintenance, the big yellow notice pops up at my log in page blocking my numbers and I cannot key in my passcode. Please resolve this problem. Now, half a year later, the problem is still there. The email reply from your customer service told me to try to restart my device, clear cache etc.. NOTHING WORKS. Why can't you just put an option for users to close that BIG yellow maintenance notice?? Is it so difficult to do that? I CANNOT LOG IN!

forcing user to disable developer option and revert back to a sluggish phone with tons of animations between screen change. why forcing user to turn off developer option when advanced user know what they are doing with the phone and speed up the performance. banking app should not interfere with user's phone settings. no other banking app does that.
