About this app

We began with the simple aim of providing our customers a convenient way to monitor their utilities usage and pay their monthly bills.

To help households and customers understand the environmental impact of their daily activities, we launched My Carbon Footprint.

Next, we introduced GreenUP to encourage sustainable lifestyle choices through a rewards programme, and My Green Credits for everyone to green their electricity consumption.

Today, our app will be renamed to the SP app, reflecting our ambition to empower the future of energy and contribute to a greener future for Singapore.

We are also launching Green Goals! A new feature that tracks your individual environmental impact and contribution towards the SG Green Plan 2030.

Using to charge EV. Fails to activate about 1 out of 3 times, even when cable is already plugged in. The backend connected to this app is really faulty, keeps going down, resulting in these errors. Really frustrating cos you want it to "just work" as a utility, and instead it is unreliable.

Just installed this app. Quite easy to use though I took sometime to find my water bills (hidden in "Pay" !). Suggestions: 1) to avail national & neighborhood averages in usage charts (as in paper bills). 2) explore other value added features unavailable before. One idea is to show yearly usage trend in past 3-5 years. Monthly chart may show only localized factors while yearly one may show longer term factors like +/- household members, changing of work patterns, choice of gas etc.

Giving it 2 stars as it was doing fine monitoring my usage at my old address which has 'Smart' meter device. Ever since I moved to a resale HDB, the app monitored daily usage for about 1.5 months then stopped totally. I communicated with their online Chat Live Agent but they kept repeating the same thing about 'Smart' meter but can't explain why it could monitor for 1.5 months then stopped. Can't resolve issues. Only asked to wait for monthly bill to shows my total usage. Not a smart app.
