I dont know why we need to use authenticator app for log in. Is there a need for security at the level of a bank app? Hello? Who will hack my account to help me pay my bills? And everytime you want to use the app its always under maintenance at the worst times possible. always in the middle of the day or night

horrible, especially the ev charging function. Even after unplugging and leaving the ev parking lot, you may still be charged idle fee. it also took me awhile to reach a customer support.

The chat function is hopless. Find a number to call instead. You get the usual bot then even the live agent is robotic. Was chatting away with it and got kicked out for 15 minutes of inactivity. I'd been online for like maybe 8 minutes. Rubbish
