It works, until it doesn't. While it seems to offer a way for you to file a claim, it only allows for a very limited number of situations and offers no way to submit any other sort of support ticket. I was charged twice for two different legs of a single trip, which I suspect has to do with exiting Newton station to transfer trains. There is no way to claim for incorrect charges like these. Please monitor transactions for your daily commute; it isn't as set-and-forget as one would assume.

Worst app ever! Expected more from a gov-supported app. Add your card to the app and you don't scan using the app/your phone. When u tap your card, u no longer see the value in it and have to log in yo this app or check at machines. After u top up using the app, u need to bring your card to the machine to update again. What's the point of having this app??? Simply create more obstacles for me, increasing my inconvenience

The app keeps crashing when I attempt to log in. Whenever I enter my password, it triggers my phone to reboot every single time! And then when I finally manage to enter my details, it says account invalid??! Definitely my worst app experience ever!
