After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

Just doesn't work. The app forces you to log in to top up your bus card, unlike the old version. But it won't allow you to log in because the new password confirmation button is greyed out (although it clearly shows the password meets all the criteria). Waste of time. Pity that we are forced to use this single app which doesn't even work. Hard to understand why they retired the old app which, at least, was working fine.

SimplyGo simply needs to go. Payment doesn't reflect immediately after topping up? One of my payments was lost in the transaction and I need to contact customer service to get my money back and it took days. Much prefer the old Ezlink app. Not sure why they want to invest so much money in this lousy app when it's much inferior to the old ones.
