Ratings and reviews

The app for phone is quite user friendly and contains useful information required for a booking. However, some glitches were experienced in the past, such as inability to connect to the car. As such, I wasn't able to lock the car and had to leave it unlock and pray for the best. Another situation was that I wasn't able to search for cars at a certain area unless I was there physically.

The app performance is usually good in making the bookings and uploading the images and locking unlocking the vehicles. I recently faced issue with locking unlocking the vehicle when the mobile signal was very weak. Otherwise I enjoy using the app and had no issues with the app generally. It also happens to me occasionally the app hangs with a white screen and GetGo logo for a minute and crashes post which I will be able to use the app.

Had been using it for a number of year. the only thing bad about the app is, you have to close the app after using it to lock unlock the car, if not it wouldnt open for usage. usage of bluetooth to lock unlock, i find it too slow, can consider using NFC to unlock. Another area that can be improve is using of cashcard, eliminate it and deduct similiar to the mileage usage. like taxi where the usage of cash card is being addded automatically to the fare. this will improve the user experience
