Overall, helpful for checking appointments. Ordering medication is also straightforward and easy. However, the payment methods are quite limited. Often, the payment page for Visa/Master will redirect to the banking app for digital token confirmation but the Health Hub page then freezes upon return. When refreshed, it will show that payment was unsuccessful. Sometimes, despite the lack of success, money will still be deducted from the bank.

The app has stopped working. Every attempt at a log in is met with the same message "Singpass - your message has timed out". Uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, restart phone, etc. Nothing works.

After the latest update, unable to add family for care giver and vice versa. Error LB300? The AI just kept saying don't understand the question. Don't you guys QC before updating the software? It is frustrating enough to navigate through our Healthcare system and now this. Bloody stressful
