Why can't the food journal be customised? There's things like half boil eggs, Lipton international pack, cooling drink, cream sauce spaghetti and alot others whereby they can't be found.... Another thing : though it's good to "update our intake" but is it a must to even have our particulars as well...? As though our life are being traced...why must it be done to this extend...
Unable to track my husband steps tracker yesterday after update ended up losing more than 10000 steps not recorded. Today still cannot track....quite frustrating..tried until 12am and saw it turn 0.
There is extreme difficulties fitting the qr code for the shopkeeper to scan the e-voucher on samsung s7. This should be addressed. Luckily, the shopkeeper was kind enough to honour the $5. For most cases, the e-voucher will become invalid or 'used' after 90sec. The complete qr codw was unable to fit into the box as the timer is in the way. Disappointing!
Every time there is an update, my QR code points are lost and I don't get it back. I threw all the old QR code away already so how do I prove that I have made purchases. I finally managed to learn how to sync my tracker with the app but I have to make many attempts before it syncs. Please help me get my points back. Thanks
It doesn't sync properly with my Gear S3. I walked for 17k steps and it only recorded 6k even after sync. Even without the Gear S3, it doesn't sync exactly to my S-Health app on my Note 8... please work on the app.
It was working fine until the recent updates, where I seem to be permanently stuck at the synchronizing pop up. Restarting the app just makes it try to synchronise all over again, and if I do make it to the egg cracking game, the egg doesn't open and I can't close it or I "forfeit" my chance and prize.
