I discovered that most of the time the app could sync with the tracker if I power off the tracker and then power it on again. If that doesn't work, I go to phone settings, force-stop the app, and then open the app again. Otherwise, the app will mostly be stuck on the stage of syncing, with the circle spinning endlessly...

Been using this app for quite sometimes and an update brought me back to play store. There are times where the steps do not sync or has difficulty capturing the healthy choice qr code but generally it works pretty well. Redemption of points for HPB vouchers is a walk in the park. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Considering it's an gov app, the performance is bad. Always unable to sync most of the time until rebooting phone. Scanning is slow. Authority should buck up and do a better job and save user the frustration. And the scanning function is way off most of the times..😔 Should take a page from SP.
