No communication from devs nor desire to improve. Unable to edit description/note next to the original drop off point description. One may not recall where is the place if its described vaguely such as "opp Blk 123". It will be easier to understand if I can add a note in the following manner "opp Blk 123" - "my friend home".. etc. Also, I realised under the mrt map if there are 2 ways to get to a certain mrt station only 1 of the 2 ways is shown which is sometimes not practical when calculating$

Wrong timing is there bus always 3 mins later or no bus at all. Bus driver also driving slowly to keep up the bus timing So annoying! Bus timing is half the time wrong, and now? Somehow even with the location given its giving me Eunos bus int. 🙏? Honestly worst bus service ever and soooo frustrating with its app permissions and all. I would give it zero stars but the option isn't there.

Unreliable and inaccurate. Unreliable: it's not working just when you need it. Inaccurate: it shows wrong timing just when you need to transfer another bus. This app used to be good and accurate, now it's just bad...
