Basically works fine. But I would suggest when using MRT interactive map, allow users to define which lines to recommend instead of system assigned which usually involves unnecessary transfers at interchanges which the algorithm does not factor in the transfer time needed. Eg. Sembawang to Dhoby Ghaut, system suggests taking 3 different lines. In reality, staying on NSL is faster, with less walking and no unnecessary transfer time.

The timings of the bus arrival is terrible. There are times where the timings remain at 18 min for half an hour and the buses arrive when the app says they are arriving in 22 min. Please fix the timing for the bus because it is extremely annoying and frustrating for an app to not work for it's main purpose.

what is going on?? this application has been going from bad to worse, the timing in the application is not accurate at all?? so many buses has passed by the bustop but the app shows otherwise. It is unreliable. Please improve on it as it is affecting alot of us.
