Broken App. Trying to report bulky waste. Cannot submit report without photo. Upload picture and immediately goes to a white screen. Back cancels whole the report. So in the end, cannot submit report. Is this how you plan on keeping the number of reports low? Selecting Date gives Field is required error. Have to select other dates and then select current date to clear error. Selecting location annoyingly forces you to search an actual map instead of just writing the address.

Still laggy, I can, run games on full, no latency on my phone but apparently this app is more resource demanins as it fail to load at times... There should be an appeal, or nudge cases so it can be follow up, there a few cases I have to retake photos but it the same issue over and over left unresolved Slower in loading, notifications doesn't have read all function. So far compare to almost instant loading, it is slower about 300% after the new look. Hope they fixed it

The overall app is quite useful. If they have a feedback channel back to govtec or app owner, on other missing details, that works be better. I want to report illegal dumping on public roads, but there isn't any where within the app that can make such report. closest choice is either HDB cleanliness or others. I hope one service can look into the matter.
