Shared Bikes of all Operators are found on the same spot but the app requests for individual reports...this shows that the developer of the app is ignorant. No action taken to address the BSO s issues and the report still asking for individual BSO identity per case made. System error blocked submission. Reported by many users as per reviews but nothing done. This app is simply useless with no rectification done for feedback.
Case closed without follow through. Issues and overall turn around time is not captured accurately due to inappropriate closure. Waste of resources to re-log case or write separate emails. Inefficient use of resources in exchange of pressured statistics.
Good initiative but absolutely poor execution. You should not allow government agencies to close the case until it has been resolved. This app is making more angry people than helping resolving issues on the group. Please get it right.
Used to be active upon launch. But now, system error prevents submissions. Our iTown app 2013, was so much better intuitively until handed over. Sad
Reported busted light at HDB stairs. 1 week and counting, still no action. Then the OneService Team asks for case ID to follow up. So how about those who reported using the app but did not give feedback here? Their cases will not be followed-up? Then eventually be forgotten?
White elephant app. Town council closes the case without resolving issue, and only giving an empty promise. Cases should only be closed after action has been taken or acted upon, not merely at arriving at a conclusion. Noted that every response by MND to such reviews is for the user to provide case ID. This is a good step, but not sufficient to stem this issue. What users are looking for, is for you (MND) to stop such irresponsible procedures in case closing by your town councils. What should jump at you (MND) is that there is a systemic issue in the case resolution procedures undertaken by your town councils that you should be addressing. Simply just looking at individual cases does not solve the bigger problem. Otherwise, suggest to MND to just close down this app - just take a look at how many cases get closed without being resolved and how many cases gets resolved. The only good thing this app does is to create admin jobs.
