Crap app. Took weeks and yet fail to solve the main concern. Simple reply and closed the case without checking with user if the issue was solved. Think the negative feedbacks and the number of downloading can tell. Thanks for having this useless app. Might as well just call the respective agency better.
Tried to submit a case, but got the error "server is not available. There is nothing wrong with my connection, as I am posting this review now with the same phone. Pls fix...
App and staffs respones are pretty good, except I accidentally clicked on the 👍 button on a case that I dislike and unable to undo. 😑. How about a 👎 button 😆 for cases that we feel has not done enough?
A Very Useful App! This OneService App works really well. As the name suggests, feedback with regards to municipal issues will be channeled correctly and promptly to the relevant agencies to take action. Have submitted a total of about 28 cases till date since August 2015, and all are attended to satisfactorily, although some agencies may take a little bit more time to complete the submitted cases. The App interface is user friendly and case submission is really easy. It even asks for the user's ratings/comments after each case is completed, to better understand how well was the feedback managed. If you are looking for an effective and convenient way to provide feedback on municipal issues within Singapore, this App is definitely very useful.
Cases have been replied without user having a way to reply back. How is this possible to resolve a case? Please have a reply to replies function
Useless app! 2wks since and not even a reply or any acknowledgement on my case! Might as well go direct to the individual site to report!
