The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to submit feedback anytime, anywhere.

Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

Used to be a great app, but no longer works. Whoever is in charge of the app feels my phone is safer with a 6 year old OS rather than an up to date version, which is a custom ROM. I should not be forced into buying a new phone either when this one works just fine, in particular with the new ROM which has all security updates. A pity. Disappointing.

Forcing people to allow location for reporting is absurd, still manage to maintain a exceptionally lousy design after all this time. Forcing people to stay at location to report, needing to take photo and not letting people retrieve from album is one of the worst design flaw I ever seen. The app deserves a negative 5 star for not doing any of its purpose and being a general frustrating app.
