About this app

The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to make improvements to your neighbourhood, access information, receive alerts, and engage one another- anytime, anywhere.

- Improve your neighbourhood by submitting feedback
Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

- Be informed of happenings in your neighbourhood
Receive dengue and air quality alerts. Be informed of renovation works and lift faults in your block.

- Make a difference in your neighbourhood
Refer persons in need to social service agencies via the Help Neighbour feature. Participate in surveys via ‘What Say You?’ to provide your views on your living environment.

- Enjoy facilities in your neighbourhood
Book facilities such as void decks and multi-purpose halls for weddings and funerals.
Find parking in nearby carparks, pay for parking at coupon-based car parks.

Download the OneService App and login with your Singpass account to start improving your neighbourhood today!

Recently the management of this app tried to be smart but not really... Try submitting a illegal parking complaint.. First they want live photos. So expect citizens to turn on this app and stand there for 3mins before able to capture the photo (it's not our job to report, we are trying to be discreet). Now they add in a location check when submitting. We might not be live GPS and might be radio tower location right? How to be within 250m of radio tower? This app is failing us now...

Dear Max, we would like to share with you that the Illegal Parking category is intended for cases occurring at the time of reporting to facilitate onsite deployment of wardens. To ensure that cases are ‘live’ cases, users need to report the incident within a 250m radius and within 15 minutes. We seek your understanding on this. Thank you.

The intention is great, we need this and I've used it a few times. But you need to improve the UI n UX. Today, it was impossible to get location, maps down. Wasted so much time, gave up. You can't complete without this location as mandatory. Look at other UX .. just ask a newbie to report something and track the experience, basic process.

After downloading the update, log in Singpass, the app simply does not work at all. It just stuck at the cover page. Cannot open the app at all... what is happening???
