SGWorkPass is the official Ministry of Manpower (MOM) mobile app for:
• Pass holders to view their digital work pass
• Employers, employment agencies and service providers to verify any MOM-issued work pass, Dependant’s Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass

For pass holders:
• View your work pass details without scanning the QR code on your physical card
• Check your salary details (for Work Permit holders)
• Receive important notifications from MOM

• View your digital work pass immediately after registration at MOM Services Centre

Agree button is grayed out and impossible to click. This technical glitch means impossible for anyone to log in to use the app. Previously when there was no page asking user to click Agree button, the app was perfect

Update 2026. The scanning function has been faulty for months. Shows a black box. Unable to scan anything. Have to manually key in all detail The scanning quality is terrible. I'm unable to scan any of the passes. When I type in the FIN number, it only shows their vaccination status. Nothing about the validity of the passes. There's no way I can go to every single tenant to ask for their physical pass to scan. It's ridiculous to ask us to check, when the app is unable to perform it's function.

Despite reinstalling multiple times, the app will not move past the first page of agreeing to privacy policy (agree button is greyed out and unable to press)
